Edlemen and Welker for example work harder than anyone. If Tavon Austin was as smart and worked as hard as either of them he would be a beast
That being said speed is a tremendous asset - Its what made the GSOE teams (on both offense and defense) so obscene
Nelson Spruce is very limited physically but with his hard work and hands I'm telling you if he was faster I would really pay more attention to him.
