One of my favorite receiver themes, in fact.
The three biggest assets of a receiver?
Hands
Getting separation (routes, etc)
Speed
And in that order. IMO.
My point? If a receiver doesn't have the first two, the third really doesn't much matter, other than some decoy value.
Myself? I have a real soft spot in my heart for a receiver with good hands. So fundamental yet so important.
That explains my enthusiasm for Spruce's chances. Great, great hands.
