What to conclude?
They don't seem at all panicked about their DE situation, do they?
Does this also mean there ARE panicked about their WR situation?

And all 3 guys they have signed in the last 24 hours fit that description.
If nothing else, even if they expect both TA and MT back, they want to practice it.
