I'm not a St Louisan by birth. My company transferred me from my Wichita (my hometown... with ZERO professional sports) to St Louis and then I divorced about a year later. I had two young children to raise by myself and a ton on my plate. I didn't know squat about sports even though we had 3 teams in this city. Sports may as well have been in another universe at that time. It wasn't until RAMbeau came along and began to patiently teach me about the game that my interest in football began to soar. By then, GSOT was in my rear view mirror.
Ah ha...Rambeau is to blame huh?
That's too bad, you would have LOVED loving that team!!!
Hopefully soon you will have something to cheer about the way we cheered for the GSOT.
