It makes sense that Brown could be their true backup RB because Dunbar was signed for a specific role and that's to catch the ball. He didn't run the ball much in Dallas (94 carries in 54 NFL games) and I don't think they plan that in LA either. If Gurley were hurt Dunbar would not be a guy to come in and carry the ball 15-20 times.

Of course it would be nice to get Dunbar on the field.
