This is easy, if the Rams don't win this year, it will be Snead and what will save Demoff is Kroenke will be in a high profile Director of Football Operations with the caveat that Demoff is too focused on the new Stadium opening. Snead is set up to be the fall guy this year if the Wunderkind cannot get the Rams to at the very minimum and do I dare to post....7-9.
