the term started to be used more widely for the couple years leading up to relocation .... you'd see it used by your So Cal Booster club....Bring the Rams back to LA...RWO type of folks on social media...
The Rams are doing well to partner with these groups now ....they sponsored the picnic a few weeks ago....
it's kind of cool that Demoff would use the term...
