It seems like I've heard it before and I don't really mind it, I mean, I can see what they were going for and it's harmless. But, it winds up just sounding like Scooby-Doo trying to say family. Try it with other similar words. Ramage, ramera, ramphlet...just sounds like Scooby-Doo to me.
