I encouraged others to distinguish between the player(s) that would most benefit the team, if helped, and those players that would personally find their game most improved by the new staff, UK.

In that context, perhaps a Higbee, Alexander, Joyner, or a Quinn could find the greater personal boost over that of Goff.
