I think Goff's development takes priority.
How much personnel movement are they allowed in the first few weeks? I have no idea, myself. They have to get a deep threat. I'm not as concerned with the short passing game, (which is Not to say I'm confident). In a sixteen game schedule every game is critical... they need to get their deep threat guy quickly...
So what I'm asking is: Can they start with 7, one in reserve ready to go, then a few games in when they have a better feel for who and how competent make the move to 6?
Just seems to me the risk is less with one too many WR's. - JamesJM
