He probably going to sell the team and wanted to get a higher value being in LA, he not a billionaire,so some billionaire that want in the club will buy the Chargers and move them back to San Diego.
Once daddy Spanos (97years old?)pass away those death taxes will have to be paid,same thing when Mark Davis Mom is gone.
