The author makes a pretty good case for Everett, but I think that Everett might be somewhat slow out of the gate.
In fact, Higbee might (maybe probably will) start ahead of Everett, at least early on. A TE rookie thing, kinda.
OTOH, Kupp hasn't looked like a rookie at all. Some reports have described him as uncoverable. Sound familiar? Remember when they were describing AD as unblockable in his first camp? Just sayin'.
I predict that Kupp will be an immediate starter AND will be Goff's go to guy. No disrespect for Everett intended, but I truly think that Kupp is "special". And such players must get their targets early and often.
I love both picks, mind you. But if we're talking early season production, I'm going to put my money on Kupp.
Kupp will go down as a HR pick for the Rams, particularly since I think we stole him in the 3rd.
