He hasn't been able to stay healthy, and the contract we signed him up for says it all.

I agree, he was worth at least a mention. If he stays healthy, he'll make a better November story.

I've got a really good feeling about the Barwin signing, Goat.

The Woods signing, too.

Both seem to be solid players coming from schemes that were not good fits for them, but might thrive under McVay and Wade, respectively.

Whit was a game changing bold signing.

Sully a quiet and underrated "bridge signing". Mostly under the radar of the pundits, for sure. But if he stays healthy, he transforms our former pathetic interior so that both Goff and Gurley can thrive for at least this season while another C can be developed for the future. How valuable is that?

Bunch of other non headline signings by this staff, as well. Some shrewd FA moves when you look a little bit under the hood. A crafty draft pick or two added deeper into the draft here and there perhaps, also.

Yeah, man...

All in all, I get the impression that some considerable thought and planning went into all levels of this offseason, personnel wise. Some more obvious than others, but it's just possible that the future whole will be greater than the sum of it's parts.

Can't wait for that coming camp report feedback. Lol.
