I think you are. It truly was the most striking thing about the interview for me because it came off, to me anyway, as Woods being a 'given'. Huge upgrade, Rams have the guy they've been looking for now Goff just has to get to a level where he utilizes him... it came off as a 'goes without saying' thing. And while I'm projecting here:

Goff - in this interview and another I watched with McVay a few moments ago... still is a question mark. No one doubts his arm, his innate talent... but translating that into the NFL is still a work in progress... and I'm NOT saying anyone in the clips SAID that exactly.. it just seemed implied. - JamesJM
