You look at guys like Britt, Quick, etc. I really think they were stat-first, pay me guys. I don't think they cared about their teammates, only money.
I am not saying that Woods needs to be Gandhi, but they desperately need guys who care about winning. Care about the team. Not just stats. I hate to use NE as an example, but guys go to NE not for the coin as much as they want to win.
PERIOD.
