I agree. Did you notice, in the second section when Steve Smith got off on a bit of a tirade about QBs, how he gently shifted the direction of the conversation from negative toward positive by asking Smith what the qualities are that you seek in a QB? And all while he's clearly bonding with Smith, whom he was meeting for the first time?
