I think what RamJr was getting at with his nickle concept was that Brockers would go off the field, either Barwin or Quinn would move to the DL, and another CB would be added. (And I can see this happening ...)

The Rams front 6 would be Donald, Westbrooks, Barwin, Quinn, Barron, and Ogletree. All of them can rush the passer. And at least in concept any of them could drop into coverage. Add in the threat of a corner or safety blitzing it sure gives oppponents' OCs a lot to plan for.
