Yes May/June means much less than August. But it's hard to ignore that if he's making mistakes to the point that he's supplanted in week 2 of OTAs after struggling for three years mentally then the chances the light switch comes on soon become less and less. I like the kid because I don't think it's laziness or lack of desire. But athleticism at this point counts much less than knowing where to be and when. And if he's not doing that in shorts in June what happens when things get ratcheted up in late July/August?
