I'm excited the Fish is gone too, but that's as far as it goes.
McVay is only 31 and we have a former Air Raid QB at the helm. I'm very confident that the entire coaching staff has been upgraded tremendously. That being said, Goff and McVay will need a few years to develop until this is a winning football team. The offensive talent is way too average and the defensive scheme is totally different. I definitely see a sub .500 team this year.
The Rams will have an entirely different look and feel, but 2017 is a transition year.
