Gurley catching the ball out of the backfield was one of the (very) few things they were able to do well as an offense last year. Maybe he won't be targeted 57 times like last year but I would hope it's still in the 40s. Although in each of the past three years in Washington with McVay leading the offense their leading rushers caught the ball very little. So Gurley might not catch the ball more than 20 times next year while Dunbar catches 40+ (if he stays healthy).

He should be targeted as much as possible

Gurley will get both his carries and his targets this season...

Hopefully Gurley feels the same way
