Remember, he grew up a Rams fan in the San Fernando valley. Attended Rams games as a kid.
It just was not meant to be that is all. I think he realizes that fans in LA simply do not hold him in high regard and why should they?
He never won as the Rams coach and his only LA Rams team was an awful 4-12.

Plus the media was merciless and intense in their criticism of him as a coach.

Nashville is probably the best place for him.
