I hear you. The last decade has been a true Job-like test for the Horns. And without a first round draft choice I changed my draft day viewing by a lot. Here's how. I used to print out every draftniks' guide and binge watch the draft from opening pick through the last pick. This year, I recorded it all and skipped to our picks. I cheated and read comments from here before watching the pick live many hours later. I still care, but it's much too much of a time investment as the draft takes whole days. I do like our additions and think we're on the right path. How far the light is at the end of the tunnel is the big secret. I do see the light and can hear the train whistle.
