More than likely the starting QB is going to miss games over the course of several seasons and having a competent guy to fill in is sometimes the difference between a losing streak and maintaining by at least not losing a few games or more in a row.

I wish the Rams had kept Keenum but I get it they want to keep the draft pick on the roster. Hopefully Mannion gets to see the field in practice and preseason and nothing else LOL.
