He did draft 2 consecutive rookies of the year. He has had good hits in Gurley, Donald, Brockers, Jenkins, Johnson, Gaines, Joyner, Tree. He has made some good trades. Is he to fault for not developing the offensive picks are is that coaching & a Fisher incompetence? Snead doesn't make the contract decisions so I don't hold him accountable for those decisions that is Demoff. Yes he has had a few wiffs in Quick, Austin & GRob but before Snead all we got were wiffs.
I think a lot of the difficulty with picking offensive players has to do with the previous coaching staff who dictates the type of player they want. McSnead seems to be on the same page and a focus on above the shoulders targeting specific roles for high draft choices is a nice change.
