I think they may have "reached" for the TE in round 2 a bit but they loved the guy and targeted him and did a an extra pick in a trade down. But other than that all the picks seem to be at a reasonable range of value and the 4th round WR Reynolds was considered great value by many.

I like the draft and like how McSnead were in lock step on the picks. We will see how well they are coached up which seems to have been missing under Fisher especially on offense.
