Confirms what I saw in the Kupp highlights I looked at.....he looked pretty fast to me....he was running away from people in a few cases.
His "speed" is what made him last until the 3rd round.....if it's truly a track issue and not a playing speed issue, then he could be a star, with all all his other good attributes.
Jerry Rice ran a bad 40 but ran away from guys in college and the pro's. As I remember he dropped to 18th due to speed concerns. I am very excited about Kupp but more after reading about his GPS speed plus he has elite hands and quickness and is off the charts above the shoulders.
