Highly rated Forrest Lamp fell into the Rams lap and they blinked...again and traded their pick away. It was stupid not to take him. Then the very next pick the Chargers took him. Then in the 7th round the Rams last pick they again did not take an OL and the Chargers again took an OL.

See smart teams draft OL because they know they have to protect the QB long enough to get the ball down field in this league.

and drafted two old OL does not make up for not drafting talented young player that can be with the team for years. Especially when those two old OL will not even be around when the Rams start winning. Which at this point is now where on the horizon.

Actually the strategy makes no send what so ever when the OL is one of THE worst in the league.
