He would be type that would probably shut down even worse if you demote him as a starter. So you must make him part of the game plan and make him earn some of that big money.
Gotta move on at the end of the year.
His selection was a decent try to put some flash in the offence.
I just think they underestimated how much of a problem Tavon would have in absorbing the mental aspects of the pro game or how inconsistent his work effort would be vs his seeming self confidence.
His KR ability is top notch though.
I think even the harshest critic would give him that.
