I must say that young McVay is putting his stamp on the franchise already. His energy appears contagious and his confidence is impressive.

The "We Not Me" mantra is superb because last year's football performance was anything but that. There was a lack of accountability, teamwork, trust and the effort looked completely unispired.

I can't predict if we have enough football talent yet but we have a great young leader of men there! Bank it.
