Sorry Flipper
I am fuzzy myself too often
I guess I am asking your view of the common top 3, and do you see a falling value in them?
I guess first things first, they aren't my top 3
1. Corey Davis, West. Mich.
2. Chris Godwin, Penn St
3. Mike Willaims, Clemson
4. Chad Hansen, California
5. Carlos Henderson, Louisiana Tech
I'm actually probably higher on Corey Davis then most at this point because I didn't need to see his offseason. He gets separation, is dangerous after the catch, and physical at the catch point. ++length and good explosion.
I really am a fan of Mike Williams but he's being graded as if he creates separation. He will need a QB/system/coaches that are willing to let him "separate" at the catch point. If you want burst out of breaks, great understanding of zone concepts, etc... He isn't your guy.
Ross simply isn't close to the fasted player I have seen in pads. Hell, he broke when he ran his 4.22. He will do fine vs off coverage but the NFL is going to press him and force him to beat physical...I don't think he can. He will flash and most likely will have good end of the year stats on a good offense but in the range he's being discussed he should be your go to guy in key spots of the game and I don't see that kind of WR.
