You saw that. It was one of the worst offenses in NFL history. Couldn't move the ball at all. 3rd down only had a few plays and had like the worst conversion percentage in NFL history the past couple of years.

The Bills at least moved the ball some.

But I do get the point. The Bills were bad on offense so you have to consider that when evaluating a non performer like Woods.

To put it in prospective though on how little Woods performed. Guys like Gibson, had similar results. (Mr. Practice Squad)
