He's about to turn 37. Has started for Dallas for 10 years. Made a lot of money and played well. He'll be seen as the 3rd best QB that franchise ever had behind Staubach and Aikman.

Not great postseason success (2-4 record) but he's in the top 20-50 all-time in pretty much every passing category (and in fact retires 4th in career passer rating).

I like it when players don't limp to their career finish line.
