As much as McVay convenes how he runs his facility, I have to think that Wade's got some real work to do with having guys learn his system.

I'm gonna go way out on a limb here, leaf.
I'm making a wild guess that McVay doesn't miss a single minute that he can legally spend coaching up his players. Not now. Not ever.
And I think his players will be champing at the bit for it.
How refreshing will that be? Lol.
