you're right about those 2 shortcomings....
but I honestly wouldn't see us using him as a traditional TE in terms of blocking and sitting down on a lot of short routes...
I think with that speed and catching ability you use him more as a stand up slot guy or out side matched up on a corner...
in 1 back sets with Higbee now as your TE, he would be more of the blocker, and Engram would be more of a big WR..
understand that a guy like J. Reed has TE elements to his game in comparison
