Sam Boyd stadium seats 35.5k (more then where the Chargers will be the next two seasons). Just do the move to Las Vegas now and play there until the stadium off the Strip is built. That stadium is in much better condition than the Oakland Coliseum.
It will be well over 100 degrees in August through early October .....
