So there must something on paper or on film that makes him "think" that putting haventstein at guard and robinson at tackle is better than vice versa.

He has built lines before.

So, he has an eye for what could work.

But also because he's experienced if it DOESN'T work he sees it quickly enough and switches up.

You just count on those things, no need to pull hair or predict armageddon.

Personally though I think an Alex Boone style guard would be a good thing, if in fact it works out.
