Quick should never have been drafted PERIOD, let alone with the 33rd pick!
And Floyd man, I had HIGH hopes from him but he's just a bum....great hands in college to terrible NFL hands...and now in jail.

Don't get me wrong; Floyd never developed to the level most thought he would. Some of it seems to have been off field issues.
But I don't think the guy is done unless he has an addiction problem.
I'd definitely look at him; but it would have to be for small bucks with lots of incentives.
