There's plenty of good WRs. IMO only 2 that are #1 type WRs. (as I define a #1 at least. )
Williams and Davis. Ross is a speed merchant, but he isn't going to be a redzone threat.
I'm sure there is another one or 2 out there that may surprise someone and become a #1, but I wouldn't bet the farm on it.
If you want to take a shot on developing a #1, Malachi Dupree would be my guy. Highly touted coming out of HS, never got a chance to shine due to a run first, awful QBed LSU team.
I think excellent route runners like Godwin or Kupp could thrive in McVay's offense as well. But they will never be #1s
The 2 kids from Ohio State are intriguing due to being raw. Curtis Samuel played some H back as well as WR and is awesome with the ball in his hands, decent route runner as well. 5'-10" and 200 lbs so give him a couple of years in the right system and he could be very good.
Same with Noah Brown. Inexperienced but has plenty of size at 6'-2' 222 waiting to see how he runs, but he plays with good speed. he needs time.
