Quinn is in his last year as a Ram
Barrring some sensational 2017 season, I think his dollars outreach his return. Yes, he is young, but the injury factor plays a foul fiend in the future.

the only way that might change is if they can find superb rotational guy to replace Sims.

Dealing Quinn isn't out of the question, but I have to guess that it would be next season.
