My second tier guys are not much better than my third tier guys ... and I am reallllly against forcing a pick when there is REAL value at other premium positions. Like if I had a B on Juju and Godwin ... It's a C+ on the majority of the kids in the next 3 rounds.
Guys may slide around ... but there is "guaranteed" going to be talent at the late 4th and 5th ... There are 20 kids in that area I think have a real shot.
