Barnes wasn't surprising at all. One of their 3 lowest performers of their starting 22 IMO. Robinson also so adding Whitwoeth was somewhat surprising but very welcome.

Also glad they parted ways with Sims. Another part of Fisher's undisciplined thug culture and a mediocre 4th DE making $3.2M.

I could have gone either way on Kendricks. I thought it was 60/40 he'd have stayed this year.

I do hate seeing Hayes go. Best FA signing of the past 5 years. Great effort guy and I think played the right way. Must be purely about fit in the 3-4. Nit picking but I would have thought they could get a bit more for him than just moving up 17 spots late in the draft. But he is 31.
