This is exactly what Fisher lacked, which is why they always seemed like they weren't ready to play come week 1 and a lot of the season. He wants players that want to win and act like it too. You have to wonder what they said to him to get him on board. He's 35 years-old and I'm sure he wants to win at least one before it's over.
