I guess we my question on what the Rams offense could do with better left tackle play has been answered?
The reality of Whitworth being old doesn't matter, because it allowed the Rams to find out about Goff and Gurley. That along with better offensive coaching.
Even if Whitworth doesn't play beyond this season, it helped change "Everything". My guess is he can play another couple of seasons, but you never know in the NFL Not For Long league, but giving the Rams a playoff chance means everything in changing the mindset of the team.
And giving Goff and Gurley a chance to show what they do will benefit the team for years.
