My bet is that its a done deal. McVay just waiting for the SB to be over to announce it.

You may well be right, max.

In a recent interview, McVay indicated that his staff was pretty much all done. Just a few late i's to dot and a t's to cross.

So far, I'm I impressed with the staff he has assembled, I'm actually a bit optimistic. Hope he gets who he wants.
