Vermeil is an unusual story. He gave up a sure lock for the HOF by retiring in 2000. No way he doesn't win another SB if he stayed.
I hope you're right about Kurt but I have my doubts. He's too easy going and too easy to "let go" another year. He should have been in 2 years ago in his first go-around.
