Too many needs. And besides, I have a strong hunch that Snead will now be able to have more hits because he won't have Fisher interfering with his decisions at the top of the draft. That would mean that our picks in rounds 2-4 would be more valuable than before.
Furthermore, I expect McVay and his staff to do an infinitely better job of developing their rookies.
For these reasons I would prefer to keep our picks. Very good players will fall to us in rounds 2 and 3, and we definitely need all of them that we can get.
Working the FA market hard would be smart, also.
