but i think your putting too much stock in the rankings.

sometimes its about the personnel and not the coach. its possible he did a good job coaching what he had.

its also possible that elway liked his leadership skills more then is coordinating skills. good coordinators dont always make good HCs and vice versa.

its also possible elway is just wrong. so who knows. lol
