Yes indeed! As long as he hires all the right people around he and Shanahan, he may turn out to be a great hire by SF, despite his lack of experience. And now Lynch and his team are swimming in a nice amount of cap space as well.
Also want to credit SF for allowing their new GM (and one without experience) to go out and aggressively sign staff on his own. In LA, Demoff has to have his hands in everything. Les is still a bit of a puppet, just not as much as the last 5 years when Fisher was in control.
