Both guys are going to have their work cut out for them. Hope McVay gets it done.

Also wish that they would film everything McVay does going forward this

coming year. Think it would be riveting to watch him mold the team into what

he wants and see how he coaches and motivates this team. I find the interaction

between coaches and players fascinating.
