Just basing it on what we've seen so far I would say yes.
Though "WCO" can mean a lot of different things...it's no longer the specific offense it once was. It has evolved in a lot of different directions. Plus of course any decent offensive coach is going to adapt the system to the personnel. But that still means my preliminary answer at this point is yes.
